Our best estimate for this week’s box…
Most everything in this week’s box wants to go in the refrigerator, in a loose plastic bag, preferably in the crisper drawer. Tomatoes go on the counter or on the windowsill to finish ripening; open up the clamshell of Sungolds. Basil should stay somewhat warmer, so keep it in the door of your refrigerator.

Round Red Tomatoes
Greenhouse Cucumbers
Broccoli
Basil
Carrots
Beets with their Tops
Golden Zucchini
Fresh Garlic – Still not fully cured, so you should use this in the next couple of weeks.
